About a mile north of downtown at the corner of Old Hwy 5 and Bryan Parks Drive. It's a little
pricey, but I thought it was worth the money...the best fine-dining in town! Excellent
portabello mushroom appetizer and by far the best filet mignon I've had in YEARS...so tasty!
By reservation only with valet parking, great service, interestingly elegant decor, warm
romantic atmosphere, and friendly, friendly folks! Can't wait till the days are longer and the
flowers start blooming so I can tour the grounds, especially want to see the water gardens.
They'll be outside dining and they can accommodate group parties. Don't think I found just
another restaurant, felt like I dined with new friends!

Here are my observations from our dinner. It was a lot of fun, thanks to you and Charlotte!
-Excellent atmosphere. You and Charlotte working the room is great. It gives the guests a sense that the owner's
really care. It is Mom and Pop but with an upscale feel. People like that eclectic feel with a touch of the ruralness of
the area. They have had enough of the branded experience. It was like going to dinner with relatives or at good
friends house but on a larger scale.
-Soup was awesome
-My steak was great as well as the accompaniments.
-Bread was good
-The brie plate was very good and served in a ramekin made it easy to eat.
-Server was very friendly and efficient
